Attorney General is convinced Team Unity’s exceptional performance at the General Election is due to the national response to the COVID 19 pandemic
Team Unity’s strategic planning gained the nation’s 'Stamp of Approval' and trust against the COVID 19.
St Kitts has been recognized as one of the top 8 countries worldwide that has not had cases of the virus in months.

Newly reappointed Attorney General Hon Vincent Byron has no doubts about the reasons for the landslide victory of Team
Unity at the 5
th June 2020 polls in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. He is convinced that the delivery of various positive benefits during the first term of the administration including much appreciated social safety nets along with the expert management of the national response to the Covid 19 Pandemic paved the way for victory in the general elections.

The way in which the Prime Minister,Dr the Hon.Timothy Harris, would have led the team in his management in response to the health pandemic COVID 19 after seeing how it had ravaged the rest of the world where many people contracted the disease, were hospitalized or died, was highly commendable. Their strategic planning was done in such a manner in which the public gave the “stamp of approval” and took to team unity and voted overwhelmingly for its candidates.

Furthermore, the government’s introduction to the various safety protocols and State of Emergency Curfews led us to being in a position where a recent graphic was discovered in which St Kitts was recognized as one of the top 8 countries worldwide that has not had cases of the virus in months.
