Public Defender

Provides legal defence services to indigent and eligible persons, including case assignment, court representation, plea negotiations, and appeals, while ensuring the protection of constitutional rights and fair trial standards.

Magistrate

Includes hearing and determining cases, interpreting and applying the law, managing court proceedings, and delivering reasoned judgments. This role also involves overseeing pre‑trial processes, issuing judicial orders, guiding courtroom participants, and ensuring the efficient administration of justice.

Crown Counsel II

Involves providing legal advice and representation on behalf of the State. Responsibilities include conducting prosecutions, preparing legal opinions, and drafting legal documents.
