Crown Counsel II
Crown Counsel II represents the Government in civil matters, provides legal advice to Ministries, drafts and vets legal instruments, and supports the work of the Attorney General’s Chambers.
Public Defender
The Public Defender is responsible for ensuring access to criminal defence representation for indigent and eligible persons, while providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction.
Magistrate
The Magistrate presides over criminal, civil, family, and other matters before the Magistrate’s Court, interpreting and applying the law to ensure fair and efficient administration of justice.
